O’Bannon ill in Chicago!
Monday, 8 September 2003 by Jacob TomawGov. O’Bannon has been hospitalized here in Chicago. Few details have been given, but an official said, “I know it’s a very serious situation.”
I cannot help by think of the 2000 Gubernatorial Debate. A comment had been made about Gov. O?Bannon?s grandchildren being the reason he was running for reelection. Rep. David McIntosh, the republican opponent, said that O?Bannon?s grandchildren were also a reason he was running against O?Bannon. McIntosh knew that the Governor was getting older and wanted to make sure that his grandchildren had plenty of time to spend with him in the next 4 years.
