Friday, 1 October 2004 by Jacob TomawThe AP has published a story that Judge Stengel cannot hear a ballot issue for, what the AP calls, “a key Indiana House race.” He says he must proceed over a murder trial starting Tuesday. I assume this is the trial of the woman and her boyfriend who killed her babydady.
This story has been published in The Wichita Eagle, The State, Miami Herald, and San Jose Mercury. Who knew the Indiana General Assembly was so important in Kansas, South Carolina, South Florida, and Southern California?
