Oil Is Everywhere, But High Oil Prices Are Needed To Find It

Oil and gas and prices are reaccuring themese on TFL. This article talk about why high old prices are good and how the low oil prices of the last two centuries have created a supply situation that makes the prices oil products (i.e. gas) pegged more closely to oil prices than they need be.
