I think they’re cheating, when the Lindy was a new dance craze weren’t the women all wearing heels and dresses below the knees? ;~) That’s how you two dance right? I am totally exhausted after watching, I think I’ll stick to yoga.

Actually, Uncle Joe began rehabilitating himself and crafting his technique during WWI, although the necessary equipment at the time was a little less accessible than the ’stability ball’ and ‘magic circle’ are today. I know he was already making waves in the dance world in the 30’s, but I doubt he’d made much impact on the cores of the Lindy hopping masses.
