		<description>I guess that does need some explanation.  Jacob took a picture of a pharmacy in Paris and someone left this comment on flickr: "Tres belle pharmacie felicitation"  Weird.  Jacob asked me what it meant and I wasn't sure about "felicitation" so I looked it up and found that it roughly translates to "congratulations" in English.  Jacob looked up "felicitation" in English and discovered that it's not quite the same as congratulations.</description>
