The Water Tower in Hampton, MN
My sister, Dana, and her family live in a cute little town between the Twin Cities and Rochester named Hampton, MN. It is right along a major highway, but it does not have any through traffic.
Dana tells me that Hampton is like every town in Minnesota with an outdoor ice hockey rink and a baseball diamond used by an adult team in league play. Beyond the outfield fence of the diamond is the town’s little play lot. Play lots are always a hit for Jonah and we took advantage of it in our visit last month.
This is a picture of the town water tower from the lot.

Were you harassed for taking pictures of a potential terrorist target?

No. Thankfully Hampton’s police are few in number and not yet militarized.
