If someone is responsible for the accidental death of another person and the dead man’s family does not what to prosecute, what should be done? Ignoring the particular codification of law in our present legal system, but looking more to natural law.
I can see a case for the state preserving order and thus charging some form of reckless conduct, however homicide I am not as sure of.
This is not idol speculation for the people who loved Randy Salerno.
