I know I have shortcomings as an individual, but there are certain personality traits that just aren't going to go away. If I get angry or am sensitive to an issue, I usually try and keep it to myself until I calm down and be less reactive to the circumstance (breaking a remote because the buttons start to stick isn't ultimately going to do me, the remote, or the wall any good). So, I'm sensitive and have a temper. It's more the actions I take than my actual personality that concern me. Sure I'd like to be easy-going and thick-skinned in all circumstances, but it's just not going to happen. I'm not advocating that everyone take this approach, as it does tend to be WASP-y, and you know how well adjusted WASPs are in society, but it generally works for me. Things that make you go hmmmm. BTW I'm assuming a travel ban is on employees using thier discounted travel vouchers? Otherwise I haven't been notified that I'm not allowed to travel.
